·               Development to enhance existing functionality and add new functionality.

·               Completed several projects that added new functionality to Army CHESS it-emart using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and best practices.

·               Prepare supporting documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for user/administrative manuals for it e-mart and/or any other CHESS system to include all system/network administration, office automation, information assurance, and e-commerce functions.

·               Built custom tools to validate catalog data.
